	dont want to payout seems Argos dont like paying out the cashback as I have 2 claims, one over a year old, my personal view is they only pay out the bare minimum amount to keep topcashback on side so you will see one positive review in the 10 negative ones. I now only buy where the price is the lowest and first buy a Argos gift card of that amount so at least I get something

	Won't pay cashback on higher value purchases Bought a Nintendo switch from Argos in the Black Friday sales 2024!! It was a good price with a decent % of cashback. However, over a year later still not paid out and TCB have confirmed Argos eventually declined it with no reason. TCB are appealing it and still chasing, but I'm not holding my breath. Seems Argos don't like to pay out on higher value items where the cashback % is bigger than a couple of pounds.

	Getting Cash back seems to be hard work. Retailer is not very responsive Argos system does not interact well, with cash back. I have waited 11 months for cashback since pre Christmas sales 2024. Cashback did not track, claim was made, claim was investigated, despite order codes, email proof etc and lots and lots of nudging, the retailer did not respond. TCB resolved finally, thanks TCB. But if you really want the cash back, I suggest only going to Argos if the product price saving is more than, the cash back will be.

	Problem with payout for argos I really enjoyed using topcashback but it seems that there is always a problem with argos. They never seem to log despite saying that it's recorded and I have pending ones from November 2024 onwards.

	terrible experience I bought a blood pressure monitor in January, 2025, keeping getting the replies from Top Cash Back that waiting Argos to response to my claim. It is absolutely unacceptable.

	'Visit has been recorded' message appears but Argos claims no click done. I click to go to Argos, and even though Topcashback shows a message saying 'visit has been recorded, Argos says the click has not been recorded. A big purchase of £200 was said not to have been tracked. Its not the first time some retailers say no click is recorded even though topcashback dialogue box shows 'visit has been recorded'.

	Rarely tracks! Cashback never tracks or gets declined after lengthy investigation, for a number of years now. Unsure why or why issues still not resolved. I always follow link & complete purchase. I always have to contact TCB for help with this retailer

	They'll pay on the small ones, but not the large bills I had thought I had good experiences with Argos, until I did a £800 order, and suddenly cashback wasn't honoured. This has now happened three times on larger purchases. Smaller ones seem to go through without an issue and I use exactly the same browser and everything else, so I can only assume they are being duplicitous. Will be using other websites as a first port of call for those larger purchases now.

	10 months still waiting I bought 2 x automatic cat feeders online and picked them up. I've had to chase missing cashback, send nudges and still nothing. In those 10 months, I have avoided buying ANYTHING from Argos if they avoid paying out via Topcashback. As someone else has said, honour the cashback or get off this site!

	Always an issue Not sure why everything I buy with Argos is an issue - all 3 large items I have purchasing iphone, tv airpods £1500+ - I have had to open a case for missing cashback - smaller stores no issue - Argos sorry you need to sort this out as not a good service - either withdraw from topcashback or provide a better service Thank you top cash back for sorting out my 3 issues stemming back to January
