No problems at all, delivered quickly and on time. The delivery drivers were really nice and helpful and even took away the packaging. The cash-back appeared on my account almost immediately and has been confirmed.
Just one slight criticism is that, as with a lot of companies now, they telephone you almost as soon as you've plugged in your appliance and then proceed to try and sell you insurance for the appliance you've just bought. If you work out these so called "low cost" insurances, they are just not worth it in my opinion.
Apart from that I am really pleased with my Beko washing machine and my experience with Appliance Deals who were the cheapest on-line when I researched the washing machine. I would certainly use them again if their price is competitive at the time.

I have no complaints about the actual product, the orderign or teh delivery - all first class.
However, 2 months later and I'm STILL waiting for the cashback to appear in my queue and that's despite submitting a missing cashback claim. Wouldn't use them again based on this experience.

Five days wasted after ordering a washing machine, shown as available for immediate delivery, from this firm. My order tracked and was confirmed on Top Cash Back very quickly but the washer failed to appear. Contacted them to be told that despite me having a print of the order, they could find no record of the order number on their system or of me by name or post code. No offer to rectify and reorder immediately just nothing. Wonder if their system is so inefficient that my cash back will be paid.
Reordered the same washer from Coop Electrical and it was delivered within 48 hours.

Goods were damaged on receipt, but was able to negotiate a suitable reduction in price. It transpired that damage was from manufacture and not transport, but full marks to Appliance Deals for the way they handled everything and for their customer service which was really excellent. Would definitely use them again if they were best price for the item I wanted.

I bought a compact dishwasher from them. They had the best available price for it on the net, the transaction was tracked very fast, and their delivery service is excellent: they notice you the day before the delivery, and they call you before delivering it to communicate the expected time of arrival, they install it for you and they explain you how to use it.
Very friendly, straightforward and trouble free shopping with the best prices and cashback too. And they accept American Express.
