Not a massive cashback, but the item price was good anyway, and cashback was quick - not much more than a month.
Only gripe was the delivery cost which was "free" but only if I was prepared to wait around 20 days - not good if your washing machine isn't working, less than that was premium of varying degrees which added around £10-20 to the cost. This wasn't clear until you get well into the order process, so not so easy to compare with vendors who quote delivery options up front.

They don't offer particularly generous cashback considering the amount that you will be spending. However, the cashback became payable after 'only'(?) a month which is much better than the AA which so far is 2 months and still waiting.

Bought a hotpoint fridge/freezer from this retailer. The price was better than anywhere else I could find for the model I bought, and delivery free with the item arriving within 48hrs of order. All in all couldn't fault this retailer.

Great Retailer with Great Low Prices. Fast and Accurate Delivery. Confirmed the timeslot, phoned the day before to confirm the delivery time. Delivery people phoned 15 minutes before arrival to they were on their way.
I will be using them again.

I will never use them again. They failed to deliver on the day they said they would and I was given false information by their call centre time after time. The item was then delivered damaged!
