Appliances ONline did try and con my mum into buying an insurance even though the machine came with a warranty for the first 12 months - they did not tell her that everything covered under the insurance (which would have been £60) was already covered on her warranty !! BEWARE !
I am disapppointed in the amount of time you have to wait for cashback to be payable !

Cashback has been confirmed, just waiting for payments.
Website is easy to use and you have a range of options over delivery dates.
Items delivered when they were stated, delivery men were helpful and took away all packaging.
Would not hesitate to recomend Appliances Online.

The original product i ordered became unavailable. Changed it. The delivered the wrong one. Eventually got the right washing machine. All things considered though, very good cash back, tracked and confirmed quickly.

Tracked very quickly. Found Appliances Online to be very helpful and they rung me the night before to give me a 4 hour del window and even del driver rang to give me an hour window. Have now also ordered a second item from them to come tmorrow lets hope I have the same service. would defo recomend them.
