Questionable approach to cashback
Cashback declined. "The network has advised we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed, usually this means another marketing channel was credited with the sale."
Absolute rubbish! Do they just cut-and-paste their response to missing cashback?

Cashback declined
Lodged missing cashback claim but it wasn't honoured as AO said I didn't purchase imediately from them after clicking on topcashback. I did leave the AO page to click on the confirmation sign up email AO sent me. Not impressed.
Also not impressed by the week long follow up calls to my work mobile chasing feedback

Took nearly a year to get cashback
It's taken nearly a year to get the correct cashback from AO.
I bought a washing machine, in response to an email from topcashback
promising special 7.50% cashback that day only on large appliances.
I only got 1%. Missing cashback claim sorted 11 months+ after purchase.
