	2 faulty freezers First one faulty taken , back now second one , 1 month old is faulty but will only repair , plus no compensation for this , not good at all !

	Cashback declined Lodged missing cashback claim but it wasn't honoured as AO said I didn't purchase imediately from them after clicking on topcashback. I did leave the AO page to click on the confirmation sign up email AO sent me. Not impressed. Also not impressed by the week long follow up calls to my work mobile chasing feedback

	Took nearly a year to get cashback It's taken nearly a year to get the correct cashback from AO. I bought a washing machine, in response to an email from topcashback promising special 7.50% cashback that day only on large appliances. I only got 1%. Missing cashback claim sorted 11 months+ after purchase.

	Would not recommend. AO denied my cashback stating I had clicked via a site I've never even heard of and then blamed the company they use to facilitate the CB process. Spent a significant amount of money and this left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Would not use them again. Second star is for the delivery staff who were excellent.
