would give o stars if possible. Service was great however had to submit a missing earnings enquiry as cashback tracked at 2% however advertised at 15%. Enquiry declined as AO say that there is no link to topcashback - you have already confirmed the tracking was successful!?! So after spending 3k on new kitchen appliances they have lied to get out of paying the advertised rate. Shame on them and topcashback

Terrible. Bought a Bosch washing machine last October for 10% cashback and have been chasing cashback ever since. Having had to have the washing machine replaced after a week and then an engineer out to the second machine, I am totally unimpressed with my cashback being declined. The one an only time I use AO.com

Fantastic! The service is great. They did call me back when they promised they would when I had an issue. Delivery was on time and they called a couple of times prior to the delivery to keep me informed. Cashback took just over a month to become payable to my delight:) Will visit again when I need white goods.
