Cash back did not track on Black Friday! (5* given for usual TCB reason)Shame as prices and offers are great and good after sale so far (although they wil try to sell very expensive insurance even though this product had 5 yrs aftercare with it!) There apeared a problem on the page at click through, hopefully it was a Black friday issue and Ao will recognise the claim. We shall see!

Really disappointed! The expected cashback on a Bosch oven of £60+ has just been reverted to around £6. It wasn't correct at the time so I raised a query. I've had several random emails several months later relating to the query but this is the result!
