Delivery was a shambles - tv arrived 4 hours late . No info from a.o. C/s . Vehicle breakdowns do happen but no excuse for not informing customers if delivery will be 4 hours outside of their delivery span !

Well, twice i used TCB to go to AO.com to get cashback and twice they have told me that it doesn't identify TCB as the origin of the transaction. I was buying these goods anyway so no great loss but these transactions were in different dates and neither worked.
