Twelve weeks after purchase it still hasn't tracked anywhere near to the correct amount. Claim raised and told to wait anything from four weeks to several months for an update.

Cashback offer was 5.5%, they gave 1.8%, accepted that they should pay 5.5% through a support ticket... and proceeded to only pay 1.8% anyway. Support ticket ongoing some months after transaction
