	rejected cashback. Don't trust They rejected my cashback saying that topcashback wasn't the last referrer. It was, cookies were not blocked and i didn't use a voucher code. Don't trust these cowboys.

	Need to be chased I have bought from them twice through Top Cash Back. In neither case was the cashback granted automatically and I had to get it chased via the customer service team.

	No cashback!!! Otherwise I was very happy with AO.com, but extremely annoyed they have rejected my claim for cashback. I did everything correctly, they can clearly see that I purchased an appliance at the same time as the click through on the link was recorded, but they have chosen to reject it anyway. Don't expect cashback from this retailer!

	Great service, happy customer, poor cashback return Purchased a Washing machine from AO in december 24. Delivery was in January. Paired with a octopus energy discount code. Despite being almost £300 the 1% return was quite poor in all honestly. Better than nowt but almost makes it not worthwhile on such a expensive major purchase. Also only just received it towards end of feb start or march. Average cashback experience. But AO themselves were excellent.

	Great to get cash back every little amount soon adds up. Placed my order on their easy to use website and sometime later after I received my order my cashback was paid into my account. Great service.

	Its been months The amount of cashback would be good if I ever got it. It was part of the reason I chose to buy a large appliance with this retailer, but the cashback is not forthcoming.

	Great service!!! Bought a new washer dryer to replace the old broken one. The new one is great, had the cheapest price compared to others, delivery very fast and installation was professional. Everything perfect as always, using ao since 2012. Cashback was seamless and on time

	Questionable approach to cashback Cashback declined. "The network has advised we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed, usually this means another marketing channel was credited with the sale." Absolute rubbish! Do they just cut-and-paste their response to missing cashback?
