I find that very little tracks for Amazon even if you order within the categories stated. Disappointing as I use Amazon a lot.

Doesn' track, made 3 purchased with 2 months and none of them tracked. Gave it 1 star as had to send support ticket to confirm purchase which was finally resolved a few weeks later.

I bought a couple of car seats, over £200 in value and received cashback on these in my account. Looked about a week later and this had vanished, with no explanation given by either Topcashback or Amazon UK. Not great really, as the evidence has now gone from my account.

Not one purchase tracked from amazon. Have had to put claims in and all of these claims take a long time to process. Always use amazon but won't bother with buying through top cash back as its just a hassle to get any cashback from amazon

Obviously no problems with Amazon itself but the cashback is awful. Difficult to know if what you're buying is in the correct department, some purchases don't track even when they are in the right department and sometimes cashback is declined even after it's been confirmed.

None of my 3 recent orders (December 2018) have tracked and I don't usually have any tracking problems with TopCashback. I've submitted my Amazon missing cashback claims. We shall see.
