Terrible. Constantly having to track the cashback and open claims to get this sorted. I wouldn't bother - it's just not worth the admin headache!

Tracked well until July, then nothing since - had to log missing claims, none of which are moving. Not sure what has changed, they used to be so reliable.

I have made two purchases through offers with Amazon in the last 3 months, neither have tracked properly - one for a significant cashback amount. Both I had to put a claim in for and still 3 months later they are still 'waiting to submit' to retailer. Was advised these would go in the next batch of submissions but no status change. Not impressed.

Most of my Amazon purchases do not show on my top cash back and I don't receive any earnings for these. It's making me want to shop elsewhere to ensure i get the cash back.

I have made many purchases with Amazon and all have been logged with the cashback site, yet only one has appeared. It just lies saying it tracked, yet nothing happens.. I have contacted customer services and will have to wait months for any action... Rediculous... Waste of time!

This merchant does not track purchases correctly even though it is clearly through the right sections. Months and months waiting for merchant to respond on three items now (2 tracked incorrectly and 1 didn't track at all) was told by top cash back to buy items separately but this defeats the point as you will then not get free delivery!!! Do not trust amazon for cash back via top cash back!
