	Really poor. It appears that Amazon will give cash back which tempts you to shop with them but cash back then often does not appear. Very poor!!!!

	I have made several purchases with Amazon, none have tracked. I have had claims waiting for over 5 months with no progress from Amazon. Amazon, do not offer cashback if you are not going to deliver on the promise, it just drives customers away.

	Very poor cashback tracking on more than one occasion. I have had to try to chase this up through Topcashback which can take several months and it's very likely that no cashback will be given

	Made sure I ordered correctly and spent nearly £100. Cashback didn't track and Amazon now saying its not eligable after going through missing claim procedure. Disappointing. Wont bother again.

	Everytime there is an offer that is under a different category I sign out of Amazon go back to Cashback, select the relevant offer then open a new window to ensure I purchase under that category and get the cash back. Every time they wriggle their way out and I always check thoroughly that it is correct. As in the 14th when 4 individual purchases were made and they have only given me cash back on once. That really is theft.

	Over 16 weeks and still no cashback for one claim. Amazon has never tracked for me, i've always had to file missing cashback. One declined even though it was in the category for cashback. Probably at least another 4 months for a response for my recent purchase...

	Purchased a coffee pod machine via the link categorised as Kitchen and Dining. Cashback was declined as they say it does not fall under this category!?

	Bought items several times clicking on the appropriate link and making sure products were in category. Repeatedly not received cashback with feedback that products were ineligible. Complete mystery as to why because link and category were double checked.

	Doesn't Pay - AVOID!! Bought two items via the category links on Amazon's cashback page (which is supposed to take you to items eligible for cashback). Amazon claims both items weren't eligible and refused to pay out. Avoid.
