I now have 3 missing claims from this retailer, all genuine online purchases. The first dating back to november last year, and am still awaiting my first payment. Not impressed.

STILL WAITING FOR MY CASH BACK of £6.70. Order placed on 30.4.09 and delivered very quickly (impressed with that part of Cheap Smells). Top cash back chased CS on 17.6.09 for my cash back and to date (11.11.09) i am still waiting. I notice from all your customer comments that CS are very quick in dealing with cash back - not in my case.

I have had dealings with Cheap Smells before and can't help but say they are absolutely fabulous, items are here in a day or two, usually cheaper than the shops and cashback as well, what more could a body ask. Keep up the good work.
