Went into account to check if it was in "Pending" only to find it had gone straight in to "Confirmed" and this is before receiving the goods! Wish all transactions were confirmed this quick! Now look forward to receiving goods.

Their product prices are very competitive but my experience of them paying the cashback I am owed is negative. My order was placed in December 2009 and, after a number of enquiries and nudges, I have just learned that I am not going to get my cashback. It appears to have been paid to another cashback site - yet I only use the Top Cashback site, so it has to be their error. Poor show.

VERY POOR! have had an open cashback enquiry since the beginning of April and they still have not responded. Not sure why there are so many positive comments for a company that doesn't want to know it seems.

Placed an order with 6.5% Cashback which arrived 4 working days later... Item was tracked and confirmed within 24hrs - wow!
I even used a "DISCOUNT CODE" code that another TopCashBack customer left, but now since TopCashBack is now 8% it's all been wiped away!!! So if anyone has any codes or FREE DELIVERY codes available then please add them ASAP... Thanx

My partner purchased a product through this site for £4.95 which she usually pays £24 for, then we got 6% cashback. We'll be using the company through TopCashBack again for any presents we buy.
