I visit Cheapsmells only when I have been to a comparison site and found them to be the cheapest regardless of cashback. The prices fluctuate for the same item so ALWAYS check before repurchasing. I still have a cashback enquiry outstanding since May 2010 - yes two thousand and ten! I have had to enquire about other purchases too which were eventually resolved. Don't buy purely if the cashback is the dealbreaker.
Regarding my 2010 purchase I am unhappy with both the retailer and Topcashback's lack of response to nudges but other than that I would say I am pretty satisfied with Cheapsmells, (they do deliver very quickly and the bargains can be amazing).
