I have used this website before a few times and was satisifed, however this time, (after a year), I am dissapointed. I ordered a perfum for a friend's birthday six days in advance (so to allow 2-4 working days Including a weekend) and it istill hasn't arrived :( I dont mind about tardy arrivals for myself but as it was meant to be a gift which now I can not give. I should have just gone to Boots. Hopefully this was just a one off delayed delivery and I will eventually recieve my order......

I've ordered loads from allbeauty.com and have nothing but praise for them.
They consistently have great products at a great price and their products are 100% genuine.
Their customer service is nothing short of OUTSTANDING!
I would say that they go above and beyond what most other retailers would do to ensure that their customers are happy.
Regarding allbeauty.com & Top Cashback - tracks everytime, confirms exceptionally quickly and pays out monthly!

Purchased perfume over £40 in November 2013 and still waiting for cashback to track and be confirmed in April 2014 despite sending several nudges. Fair to say I am not holding my breath....Avoid this merchant if you are expecting a payout.

My second purchase from this seller, I first used them because they had a fragrance that I could not find anywhere else in the UK. This time around, they had a promotional saving on Issey Miyake, so I bought a large bottle, got a good price, and cashback too !! Parcel arrived quickly, item completely satisfactory. Cashback tracked quickly, and went confirmed quickly also. Will definitely use again.

Had purchased two items as Christmas presents on 10th December with a 4-8 day delivery time I thought I would receive these well before Christmas. As of today I still have not received the items. Have emailed 3 to 4 times and just get what is obviously a cut and paste saying Royal Mail were delivering right up to 9 O'clock. Obviously the items must have got lost in the post but allbeauty are now saying I have to wait until 2nd January to request a refund. They do not respond to you personally and responses as the same and robotic. Would never purchase from them again as their customer service is dire next to other online retailers.

As a TCB user for several years have to say these guys have always amazed me. They offer great products at great prices with free deilivery. Great customer service and the cashback always tracks at the correct amount and I've never not received a payment and have used them so many times.

Always use for my smellies, but this year for the first time a parcel went missing.But they came up trumps again. Emailed them and they asked me to wait until a certain date and if not recieved, to email them again and let them know what i wanted to do eg, refund or replace. I replaced,and my parcel was recieved by me. This was not a cheap replacement so good on them, and i would recomend them in all departments. Their customer service is second to none.

Excellnet tracking record. I have used this site numerous times and never had any cause for query. Also customer service excellent. On one occassion goods did not arrive (last Xmas) and retailer refunded money whtout question.

This retailer is very consistent in terms of providing an excellent quality product and paying out extremely quickly with TCB. I have used many times for perfume and aftershave and hair products and certainly wouldn't shop anywhere else for these items now. Highly recommended.

I have placed about 10 orders with Cheap Smells from 2009-12 and I have never had any issues with them whatsoever. Despite the unfortunate name it's one of my favourite online retailers.
The two times I finally remembered to go through the cashback website I earned my first cashback amounts at a point when I was close to giving up using Top Cashback because it wasn't working for me. It's not a huge amount to earn but they are extremely quick!
