	It works 100% of the time Accor has the best hotel loyalty program. With various hotel categories, you can always find an excellent option that fits your budget. I've used TopCashback on over 30 occasions and received cashback 100% of the time, without any issues.

	Claim rejected after 2 years of chasing and waiting! Purchase never tracked and claim declined after 2 years of chasing and waiting. Judging by many recent reviews, it's unlikely that your claim will be successful if the purchase doesn't track first time and even then, the chances of it even tracking are very slim! A previous stay in 2015 tracked and paid out in a timely manner, so seems it's a recent issue. Hotels are nice, but don't rely on getting any cashback at the moment it seems!

	Useless I waited two years to find out that my cashback apparently didn't track. I lost my loyalty points with this chain over the pandemic when other companies preserved them. What a joke.

	Never Pays the Cashback Stayed for 4 seperate weeks in May and June, all tracked, all declined. No reason given, the £65 cashback was not paid. Needless to say stopped staying at Accor hotels :-)

	Good price but it always takes very long time to appear The best hotel loyalty program, I always come here to get cashback and 99% of the it is late or have some sort of problem. But in the end it is always sort it out.

	declined for no reason! I have just lodged a claim here - the £44 cashback tracked right away. We stayed at the hotel last year (it was a abroad hotel - does that make a difference?) and didn't amend our booking in any way only to find that today he cashback was declined!!!??? I have no idea why.

	Not possible to complete in full online For booking Ibis Syles, it states cashback can only be given when transaction is paid in full online at time of booking. There is no way to do this and only takes payment at hotel. Cashback is not a viable option.

	Half the time it doens't track and they don't pay. This retailer is very slow, doesn't track and half the time you have to raise a claim to get the money they owe you.

	So slow Several stays booked over the last year via TCB; all tracked but not one has proceeded as far as payable despite being well over the estimated payable dates. Nearly a year for the oldest and still not confirmed!!!

	Patchy tracking Spend thousands with this company each year, cashback works maybe half the time. Even when raising support tickets these are often declined by the retailer.
