Saying cashback confirmed and simply declined the cashback after 10 months
The cashback confirmed straight after the booking, and the status stayed for 10 months and suddenly receiving a message saying the merchant declined the claim. This is a scam, avoid at any cost.

Disappointing
I will certainly not use them anymore. I have used them a few times. I feel that it is engineered to reject large cashbacks. When the cashback was small (few pounds) , it was paid. When it was more than £35, it stayed for more than 9 months as pending, was then confirmed and finally declined. This happened more than 9 months after staying, thus it is not possible to raise a claim. I am glad this happened before booking my summer holidays, as I will stay somewhere else for three weeks.

AVOID. Accor stopped paying GENUINE cashback. Don’t waste your time.
ALL Accor have realised they do not have to pay genuine cashback. Never tracks, never approved and then just pathetic reasons given to TCB. Why is this merchant still on the site? Ban them.

Gave up waiting
Waited over 32 weeks ('could take upto 12 weeks...'), with several chases. Eventually gave up hope. Settled for reduced payout by TopCashback themselves as gesture of goodwill. A later cashback was declined for no reason, still awaiting outcome.

Waste of time
Easily the slowest cashback travel company i've used on here, only to then decline for no good reason 9 months later. Expedia much quicker, and more reliable with similar rates....won't be bothering with this lot again.

Rejected with no reason
Multiple cashback attempts tracked and then rejected afterwards for no reason. If you are too cheap to pay cashback, don't lie and just come clean.

Gone from being the best hotel site on TCB to one of the worst
Used to regularly offer 10%+ cashback that was tracked and paid reliably and quickly. More recently though, rates have been slashed to 3% for members with status and claims are regularly declined for no reason between the date of booking and date of stay. This is bad enough when reservations are on flexible rates, but extremely annoying when booking a prepaid rate. Other tracked stays are taking an age to pay out - e.g. high value stay in August last year still showing as 'pending'.

Don't bother trying to get cashback
They will just decline the cashback. Tracked ok and then suddenly declined, even before we stayed at the hotel. Clearly never were going to pay out.

Stay completed 16th September 2024, still waiting for cashback in may 2025. Don't bother with these muppets. Clearly accor live limitless don't ant to pay what they have agreed to. And don't bother with their customer service as it's full of muppets too

Declined cashback despite me following the rules
Avoid. It took them six months after our stay to respond to repeated nudges and then they declined without a specific reason as to why. Clearly one of those companies that breaks promises. I always check the smallprint of a deal before going ahead with a booking or purchase through topcashback, so there is no reason to decline in this instance.

TCB do remove this retailer from your site. They don't honour their cashback. All four bookings in Christmas got declined, all followed the link on TCB, initially tracked but declined afterwards!

Several bookings with more than 90 days after checkout not payable
I've made several bookings in Accor and some have being paid, some has been declined and some has been late (with outstanding status). I can't understand why this is happening, all bookings were made correctly and the checkout date is more than 90 days ago

Tracked, 9mths later still waiting
Made booking, stayed in hotel, booked via TCB. Value shows in Pending..... This is from June 2024, its now March2025. Safe to say, i havent stayed with Accor band hotels since.
