Worrying Theme no Cashback paid out
I arrived on this review after having a payout for British Airways declined and also due to the problems I had with Accor Cashback. My 2 largest purchases and Cashback both had issues and seeing the reviews for both they are near identical with people posting they never received their Cashback . It there appears to be some scam the promise of Cashback that will never be paid. TopCashback state that payment is not guaranteed and so I would urge not to use this site thinking you will get the Cashback and let that sway your decision as chances are you will not and be left disappointed and cheated.

Refused to pay what I was owed
Not only did we lose out on a non-refundable hotel booking due to a bereavement, ALL rubbed further salt into the wound by claiming they didn't believe that TopCashBack was the reason we placed the booking... even though the cashback incentive was the exact reason we chose to book with them rather than another similar nearby hotel, AND the transaction immediately tracked on TopCashBack as soon as I booked it. Judging by other reviews, it appears that ALL are conning customers, and had the nerve to blame TopCashBack for the issue when I gave them a negative Google review.

As per everyone else - now seem to have a policy of blocking cashback
They used to be a reliable payer for me. However since switching to having differentiated rates I have not been paid with Accor claiming they cannot see TCB as the reason the purchase was made. Perhaps it tracks for new customers to Accor but I no longer factor in cashback when pricing up an Accor hotel which means I am now booking with them less. TCB should remove them from the site until Accor start paying correctly again.

Not Honouring Cashback
Used ALL Accor Live many times, mostly without problems. Sadly, since April, 3 x bookings have not been honoured. One of them was for a near £600 booking, which tracked, then suddenly changed to declined. Of course I was upset having booked directly through them Via TC, and not a booking site. Was then told generically that maybe I didn't complete the stay or I changed the booking. Of course I completed the stay, otherwise why would I raise an enquiry ? Have supplied booking reference number and date of check in/check out etc, and now status has been changed to "pending". Two subsequent bookings have also failed to track completely and subject to query. Top Cashback should monitor reviews and work with retailers to honour their agreements. It's not fair to often pay more via TC expecting a cash back payment, only to find you don't get the cash back, or have to wait months, so you end up with a double whammy. Using Agoda now until ALL Accor sort themselves out .... buyer beware.

Slow
Still waiting for Cashback from a stay in September 2024 that estimated payable was 15 weeks. Despite contacting customer service there has been zero movement.

**AVOID - utter useless merchant
14 months later, still no Cashback, so will stick to using Any other Hotel. Its tracked, but didnt even make it to Pending.

Tried 3 times, all 3 times denied even showing the reservation confirmed. There is a problem with All Accor and also doesn't make any sense give less cashback to gold and upper tiers. They should remove it from topcashback uk since doesn't work.

I always use a separate browser for cashback purchases (for me it is Chrome) and clear cookies for large purchases. I spent £283.90 with Accor with an expected cashback of £12.50. This has now been declined with no reason given. Look at the other reviews.

Worst cashback platform ever
ALL Accor has simply denied all the transactions I made, even though I have screen recordings showing that I followed every step as instructed by TopCashback. TopCashback is not making any effort to resolve the issue, so I will have no choice but to take legal action against both parties and stop referring others or using the platform. It's extremely frustrating to wait over six months only to have every single reservation — all real and completed with check-out — rejected, without any peaceful resolution.

Obtaining money by deceptiion?
Booked £3.5k stay and due £500+ cashback. I expected it to be decline due to the sums involved and was disappointed but not surprised when it was. Just look at the reviews. Item complied with conditions, tracked, but was declined without reason after the stay. Confirmation of booking (pre-stay) and invoice (post-stay) submitted to TCB to verify booking was not amended or cancelled. Awaiting a resolution. Will report back.

Saying cashback confirmed and simply declined the cashback after 10 months
The cashback confirmed straight after the booking, and the status stayed for 10 months and suddenly receiving a message saying the merchant declined the claim. This is a scam, avoid at any cost.

Disappointing
I will certainly not use them anymore. I have used them a few times. I feel that it is engineered to reject large cashbacks. When the cashback was small (few pounds) , it was paid. When it was more than £35, it stayed for more than 9 months as pending, was then confirmed and finally declined. This happened more than 9 months after staying, thus it is not possible to raise a claim. I am glad this happened before booking my summer holidays, as I will stay somewhere else for three weeks.

AVOID. Accor stopped paying GENUINE cashback. Don’t waste your time.
ALL Accor have realised they do not have to pay genuine cashback. Never tracks, never approved and then just pathetic reasons given to TCB. Why is this merchant still on the site? Ban them.

Gave up waiting
Waited over 32 weeks ('could take upto 12 weeks...'), with several chases. Eventually gave up hope. Settled for reduced payout by TopCashback themselves as gesture of goodwill. A later cashback was declined for no reason, still awaiting outcome.

Waste of time
Easily the slowest cashback travel company i've used on here, only to then decline for no good reason 9 months later. Expedia much quicker, and more reliable with similar rates....won't be bothering with this lot again.
