Declined Cashback
The cashback was pending for over 6 months and then they declined cashback. I appealed and it went back to pending then declined again a few weeks later, stating that I had not done it correctly. I know I did it correctly. Absolute rip off, won't be using this retailer again. They should be removed from TCB.

It’s not true!! You won’t get it.
I followed all the rules re cookies etc, provided evidence of booking, emails invoices, it sat for over 180 days and as per everybody else it was declined “as they couldn’t verify that id come from TopCashback as the last click”. This is just an excuse not to pay and reading other reviews I’m not alone. TopCashback need to either remove this company or honour the cashback as it’s too numerous now the number of similar negative comments.

Declined cash back
Yet again another declined legitimate claim. What's going on? Why is it being listed on Topcashback when so many legitimate claims are being declined. It's a false statement. Both Topcashback and Accor need to be investigated by the regulator. Will be passing on details. Based on other reviews, it is clear this is a normal experience.

Like others have said they don't pay out. Went though the normal process and it did work a year ago but judging by all these claims that have been turned recently there's definitely something going on and Topcashback should be looking into this.

Stuck on 'pending' for months. Don't bother.
I booked a hotel in February for a stay in April. Two rooms for a three nights in central Amsterdam - so a decent amount of cash. It's now September and the cashback is still on 'Pending'. I'm resigned to the fact that I won't see this. There were plenty of other hotels in the same for a similar price, so the cashback deal was a major factor in selecting this one. I definitely feel misled. I opened a ticket with TopCashback, but they are unable to help.

Don’t bother. They don’t pay.
Terrible experience. Over a year of waiting to be told that it didn’t track despite the TopCashback link being the last link I used to track through to the hotel website. I specifically chose Ibis for this cashback deal. Won’t ever be staying here again. Scammers.

Absolute Joke. Do not book with them
DO NOT BOOK WITH ALL ACCOR. I paid upfront in December 2024 with a non refundable booking which stayed in hotel for 5 nights in April 2025. Had approx £128 due in cashback. They declined for no reason. Disputed it and was still declined, no reason given. I travel a lot and book hotels all the time but will never book a hotel owned by All Accor again, disappointed that I had to give even one star as its not deserved

I contacted the customer service team about my experience of wrongly declined cashback amounts, and pointed out other experiences posted below and according to them there isn't a problem....make of that what you will.

Waste of time
Booked an overnight stay at a Novotel in good faith through topcashback. Unfortunately cash back declined by Allaccord without providing any specific reason !

Another legitimate claim denied
After a lengthy wait it was declined as not a valid click through - I would not recommend! Other accommodation providers are available with more reliable cashback payouts. Ibis budget was expensive for the quality of the room compared to other options- and they charge extra for everything…I ended up finding a local store for tea and coffee etc as it was marked up so much in the hotel. And the final insult of waiting months to be declined a modest amount of cashback was very disappointing.

Legitimate Cashback Declined
Similar experience to other reviewers which is a shame, and very interesting to see others have the same - I challenged it and was told they couldn’t prove the booking despite having all elements and following rules to a T as other have. Accor are a big company, and this is really poor practice on their part.

Good experience
Straightforward and payout as advertised. It took almost 2 months after I had stayed at this hotel (about 5 months after booking) for cashback payout to clear but that's generally not unusual. Happy customer.

Read the reviews before booking
All the other negative reviews can't be wrong can they. have made several Hotel bookings now via TCB & ALL-Accor. despite following TCB links, not using any codes etc. each and every TCB All-Accor hotel booking gets declined several months after the hotel stay. even after putting a cashback support claim in, it still gets declined. ALL-Accor should be removed form TCB with so many negative reviews.

Add me to the list of people who had CB declined for no reason
Should be removed from TCB as they decline legitimate cashback. Did everything that was asked and did stay at their hotel paying £275/night for 5 nights I paid them upfront but they decline cash back for no reason. Will boycott all their hotels from now on.

Constantly get claims declined even though I followed rules to the T. No reasons ever given for decline. I've had enough to be honest and will never book with Accor again. i have made 6 claims and only one has ever been paid. SACM SCAM SCAM

Terrible
Cashback rejected (twice) for no reason. When I raised a ticket after the first rejection and supplied evidence that indeed I did stay at the hotel and pay for it, my claim was moved back to "pending" with the feedback "We have been informed by the company who administrates the cashback for this retailer that the cashback was marked as declined in error." It remained pending for another couple of months and then rejected again. Although I personally liked the hotels, I think it is absolutely pointless to use this merchant.
