Don't waste your time!
Cashback tracked and then 2 months later with no explanation it was declined.. All parameters met to get this cashback. Point,was waste of time!

They never pay out
I've tried booking twice with Accor, both times it tracked but months passed and it never went to confirmed or payable. I would advise to not expect this merchant's cashback to pay out.

Scam
Just like everyone else says never paid out, this is a total scam, basically bogus incentives to book that are just declined after years of pending. Ironically my latest declined transaction was ~£30 for their loyalty card I purchased in 2024! I never renewed it after the 1st year because it was only just about worth the discount it gave me, and I'm very glad I didn't!

Like others below - no cashback even after raising a claim. "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." which is completely wrong.

Pending, then declined for no reason
Booked a stay at one of their properties, in part due to a large cashback rate. The transaction tracked and I made sure to do everything I could to ensure the cashback worked. However just a week after staying in the property it was declined, after placing a missing cashback claim it was met with a generic "not final referer" statement, in spite of me not accessing their site through any other website or promotion, apart from Top cashback. Very disappointed, would not book with Accor directly again.

Why keep them on Topcashback?
They clearly don't care and decline right, left and centre. I have 9 open claims on All Accor, and they slowly are being declined with no valid reason whatsoever

Accor leave the booking pending for ages & decline it despite staying
Have had multiple bookings, that tracked, then had status as pending for months, the stay was completed and paid for, then its declined. As its then months old, you can not raise a claim on topcashback. Very occasionally a booking goes to confirmed and then is paid, but that is really very rare, so don't assume it will happen as its more likely it won't.

Cashback declined despite tracking proof. Extremely disappointing
Booked a Mayakoba stay via TopCashback exactly as instructed, with tracking shown on the site and a full screen recording of the click-through and purchase. Despite having clear evidence, the cashback was later declined with only generic explanations (cookies, “last referral”, etc.) and no transaction-specific proof or meaningful investigation. This creates a “heads I win, tails you lose” experience where customers take the risk but the merchant/tracking side can reject without transparency. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time — I will be far more cautious booking Accor properties again if cashback promotions aren’t honoured when tracked correctly.

No surprise - declined with no legitimate reason given
I have been waiting patiently waiting since 9th January 2025 and exactly 371 days later, the expected ~£195 cashback was DECLINED. I'm not surprised at all with this based on the other negative reviews but what must also be raised is that TCB customer service team even assured me that this retailer "does eventually pay out" when I first logged my concerns for the long payout. Very, very disappointing.

TCB Purchase will not track
Don't waste time going via TCB for this merchant. They won't payout claiming last referral was from elsewhere. I know it is a lie because I cleared the cookies before starting the booking. TCB should kick them off the platform.

don't expect cashback!
As others have states, no payout when it's a substantial amount. we booked a lengthy stay in New York Sofitel and it was declined even though we'd paid, stayed and so on. Resubmitted the claim but rejected again. Clearly just advertising these cashback amounts to get you to book and then never pay out.

Waited for more than a year to get declined.
Accor is getting worse every day. I stayed at a hotel in october 2024 and even after a lot of complains and recording the whole booking procedure got the cashback declined. I'm not trusting this website and Accor again...

BEEN WAITING OVER 6 MONTHS - TWICE
I booked a hotel room through Topcashback on two separate occasions in May 2025 and both times the cashback did not track. Six months later I am still waiting to receive my two separate amounts of cashback. If you have a choice of hotels and you are only choosing this one because of the cashback amount offered, as I did, don’t bother because you probably won’t receive it!
