  • What will stop me getting cashback?

    • Members should not contact the AA directly for any queries relating to cashback.
    • You will only be awarded cashback if you buy through the link on this page and make your purchase without interruptions in your online transaction.
    • Customers purchasing Home Emergency Response or Home Response Plus cover from the AA will NOT be eligible for cashback unless bought in conjunction with either Basic and Standard boiler cover. In these cases, the cashback relates directly to the chosen Central Heating cover level and the cashback payable will not exceed the rates displayed.
