Poor - ordered well before their clearly indicated Christmas deadlines, and the package didn't turn up. Complete lack of interest on their part, no offer to investigate loss or replace until the standard 15 days was up (well after Christmas), and even though postage option selected should have given me 14 days to spare, the attitude was "well, you should have chosen the courier option then", and generally very arrogant. Useless customer service, and shan't use again. I shall be asking for a refund rather than a replacement.
