A shoddily run outfit, paid for next day delivery for an order placed a week ago and then emailed Sunday to ask for a refund as we're due to go away for Christmas today and the order hadn't even been dispatched. Hadn't had any communication back from them at all, apart from the order confirmation, until Monday when they said they'd dispatched it anyway!
Customer service was less than helpful and actually wrote me an email after dispatch that read as "well yeah we didn't do what we should, but stop moaning because its on its way, so what?"
Shockingly bad, ended up having to ring and organise with a manager that the order should be returned to them by the courier and not delivered to neighbours, as we weren't putting our plans on hold just to take delivery of sweets that were meant as stocking fillers! Even the sugary ones would have left a sour taste after that episode... Never trying them again as to this moment, I haven't had anything other than a half hearted and blatantly not meant apology from them, even the manager was of the attitude "oh well, whatever...."

This retailer was all too happy to pull out all the stops to get a very large order to me quickly - it's just a shame they weren't so keen on paying the promised cashback. Paid a much lower rate, and took three and a half months to finally say they wouldn't be paying the promised amount. A shame to lose a customer over a few pounds, but that's what has happened.

put in a manual claim months ago, it has just been rejected reason stated by a quarter of is:- enquiry unsuccessful - Did not meet terms and conditions set by merchant. Not sure what this means but the sweets ave been ate now (yum)

Fantastic (and very tasty) treats. Well packaged, quick delivery, fair prices, fair delivery costs.
Cashback also tracked through okay. About a month between ordering and cash payable, which is entirely reasonable.
Happy with site and have used several times in the last six weeks. Everyone is getting gift boxes for Christmas, birthday and any other holiday occasion that comes along.
