Goods recieved next working day as promised. Online help also worked fine as I queried why my order said "out of stock" (was advised that at time of ordering it was out of stock, but they had just ahd a shipment in(. No issues, plus 10% of for life discount code issued.

Following my order the goods arrived quickly but cashback didn't track. Raised an claim but the cashback still hasn't appeared. I have been waiting since November 2009, I have sent several nudges but the status still says 'waiting for retailer'. 999 inks are quick to send me product emails every week (most annoying) but are dragging their heels over my cashback...not holding out much hope for this one!.

Still waiting for product weeks after order. The account pages state out of stock, but on emailing I was promised their arrival in 1-3 working days. That was over a week ago and still nothing. They don't seem to know what's going on, but the money has left my account. Order with caution...

Bought in November, didn't track, contacted Top Cashback who chased them up. Now March and STILL no response. Very disappointed as service and products excellent and would use them again but very reluctant to under the circumstances.

Ink arrived very fast however after 3 months its still not appeared in im account. top cash back are chasing it but its going very slow.... get your ink from elseware.

Ordered some ink cartridges in September 2009 which arrived within the week -however the transaction was never tracked. Put in a manual claim but even now at the end of January 2010 I'm still 'waiting for retailer'. Not good as far as cashback experiences go.

ordered epson cartridges 2 full sets for £24 with over £4 cashback.delivered very quickly,cashback showed up within hours and cartridges as good as epson for photo print quality.seen other reviews for this company which sound really bad .but i found them very good.will use again

Rubbish company!
They don't hold the stock for a great deal of products they pretend to stock. They mailed the wrong toner to me. They are hard to contact. They debit your card before they know they have stock and then are slow to refund the monies taken. Please do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague.
