	They deliver quickly....but then you have to wait months and months for the cashback. My order of Nov 2013 quickly became "confirmed" and since then it has not moved - so it's now seven months and counting. My other orders didn't track at all and so I had to put in a claim and watch them sit at "Waiting for merchant" for months. The cashback percentage is very good, but now I use an alternate supplier who gives lower cashback, but at least it tracks and pays quickly

	I have tried 3 orders with this company. One was cancelled as they wrote and said out of stock they offered to reorder but I needed prompt delivery. The second and third orders both were charged immediately in full, then I get an email to offer part delivery and other part to follow. Yes they will give a discount next time as long as I use the code Sorry. First time partial delivery is acceptable but when this continues it is the last time I will be using them. They have always been prompt in my topcash payments.

	The delivery time and product from this company are good. But to get cashback is an absolute nightmare - if this is your reason to buy from them my advice is DONT! I have 2 enquiries lodged with regards cashback. One is from February and the other is from June - neither of which tracked depsite a lot of nudges. If these problems were sorted I would have no queries about buying from the again.

	Great service and product, but over SIX MONTHS and still not received cash back I would rather use merchants that pay less but pay quicker.

	Used 2, still awaiting order from 18.12.12, ordered again next day, came after 2 days! Called and was told it was because I ordered after 3pm, I had order confirmation email for 10.06am. Somewhat hesitantly and as if I was lying was given delivery charge back.

	discount only for certain items , slow customers service, confusing,did get refund in the end, return link did not work, i thought quite expensive

	Ordered printer ink on the Friday and it arrived on the Saturday. Can't be quicker than that. The ink is replacement ink, but it works well in my printer and is less costly than the main HP brand. Too early for CashBack, but I'm not dissapointed.

	All the cartridges we bought ran out after a couple of pages. Maybe we had a bad lot but I would say it isn't worth the risk to use this company, even if the cashback is paid quickly.

	Used twice & took ages to deliver both times. Also, don't respond to emails, until you have sent about 6 to them. Likewise, they are slow to cough up the cashback. So slow, in fact, that after 8 months I still have a payment showing as 'confirmed', but no way of chasing it now, as it's gone beyond 100 days. I won't be using them again & would advise others to steer clear.

	Two purchases made, one in July and second in August and neither have tracked. Tickets raised on both. July one hasn't had a reply as yet. Offering 20% cashback but yet to track. Can get cheaper elsewhere with other cashback deals if it doesn't track/become payable.

	Ordered some ink cartridges about mid day, paid for next day delivery before 1pm (Extra £6.99!), next day and no delivery! Phoned 999, and when I finally got through was told there had been some glitch so they did not send my order out, but it would go out that day, next day and still no delivery, phoned them again and they gave me a tracking number which is for recorded dellivery, not next day, so who know when I'm going to get my order! Emergency, On Time, what baloney! Digusting first time experience with this retailer, would not trust them as far as I could throw them now.

	Looking through the feedback for this retailer it may be that I was just one of the unlucky ones. My order took over a month to arrive, after I'd gone through the checkout I received notification that one of the items wasn't in stock. It would have been useful to know beforehand as I needed it and had to go somewhere else to purchase this item while I waited. Also after only a few uses my refilled colour ink cartridge has now run out of one colour. I won't be using this retailer again as I can get hold of the original manufacturer cartridges for not too much more than the cost of these, refilled ones.

	Absolutely Shocking! Cashback percentage is high because prices are expensive. Slow to pay! But my biggest bugbear is the Customer service. Used this company on a few occasions and each time when I order the cartridges are in stock. Then later receive an email to conform part despatch and cartridges on backorder. Took 6 weeks and 4 phonecalls on one order for the cartridges to eventually arrive. Forget ringing them their Customer Service people are next to useless. AVOID!

	Tracked okay but sent wrong toner initially though this was replaced with no problem. However, just tried to use the 2 toners supplied for an HP Deskjet and neither accepted by the printer and one looks as if it has been used already. Now have the hassle of trying to get a refund!

	Avoid this company, they do not pay the cashback you are due! This is now the 2nd or 3rd time in a row that 999inks has ripped me off will be using another supplier from now on!

	The cartridges I ordered didn't work and, despite contacting them by fax, email and phone, couldn't get a return code from them and no refund. Mu advice would be to stay away from this supplier.
