If you need to return an item you bought using our Zavvi discount, you must contact the customer service team to request a Returns Authorisation Number.

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, as long as you inform Zavvi by selecting the appropriate option in your account or by sending them a letter. If you inform them of your intention to return an item by post, you will need to state the transaction date, order number and your name and address, while you will need to sign and date the letter.

Items being returned must be unopened, with any seals unbroken, in their original packaging and in pristine condition. Items must be packed securely and you will need to include your returns form and obtain proof of postage. If you request an exchange and the replacement product is no longer available, they will give you a refund. If you cancel the contract, you will be given a full refund, including delivery charges up to the least expensive standard delivery service.

They may deduct a fee for loss of value which is the result of unnecessary handling by you, while you will have to pay the cost of returning the item.
