AVOID, AVOID, AVOID...Unless you want still be kept in the dark for 6+ weeks about where your 'successfully transferred' money is, local agents (in receiving country) who do not have a clue how the Deposit Authorisation form works, constantly having to call World Remit, only to be told "...Oops, there was an outage; we're trying to get the local agent to complete the transaction..."; If you don't want to experience the aforementioned - and more - do yourself a huge favour and steer clear of these two-bit bunch of slimey MF's. That's it. Rant over...

Attempt to transfer funds , online. Initially charged my debit card, 5 min after I receive an email stating that transaction was cancelled. Another 3 minutes the phone rings, totally incompetent operator , stating that transfer is cancelled , just because I do not meet their criteria, with no explanation what criteria these are .Eye Rolling..than started constantly to repeat that charge is pre-auth but not actual charge and amount is in bank account I said I don't see it-he said I don't see well. TO SUM UP TRANSACTION WAS MADE ON JANUARY 8 ( MORNING ) AND BY NOW JANUARY 14 NOON NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON MY ACCOUNT. I GUESS THE EU Consumer finance and payments

So my transaction confirmed at the wrong amount £0.52 and now my claim has been rejected. They stated "Invalid claim - Order not made online". I dont see how thats possible for an internet based company??
