Tracked quickly but then amount changed to zero after about a week so very disappointed and irritated.
Also had problems with order not being delivered on the next day as expected. Had to chase the order up with Wickes.

Very quick at paying cashback, and Wickes have good prices, often cheaper than B&Q, and good products. Only problem I had was with delivery, they assured me stuff would be delivered in the pm slot and it turned up in the morning!

Goods ordered on line and just hours later phone call with delivery date/time... that being the next day. On delivery day, guys called with the time they would be with me. Polite helpful and friendly service.
Cashback tracked quickly.

Cashback tracked within the hour
I selected Free Delivery (within 7days) and it arrived this morning.
Absolutely Spot On.

Suggest you use this retailer with caution. Despite a fully documented receipt and normal process, this originally tracked, went to zero, then totally disappeared. Top Cashback tried to resolve the claim but the merchant claimed payment had been already made to another channel. What tosh ,just a poor excuse for not honouring commitments. I WILL NOT USE WICKES again for any internet shopping, bring on B&Q, Screwfix etc.

I wanted ceramic and marble tiles - I went to the shop to look at them but them ordered on line to take advantage of the cashback. I ordered more than I need because you can take them back for a refund.
Super service - ordered Tues and delivered next day for free! Couldn't be easier.
I am waiting for cashback to be paid.
