	Can't fault the goods or the delivery however avoid if you want the cashback as they will not pay. What makes it worse though is the reason they don't pay is they will claim you have gone through a different site for cash back or some other link. Even worse is the claim that the merchant can not have made a mistake in this issue as there software is so good (read other reviews happens a lot) Also think topcashback should drop them from the site because it does seem to be happening a lot and its took me 5 months to get to this outcome. More worrying is topcashback saying to me that there is nothing they can do when a retailer says they have already paid out and won't pay out twice even though i could trace the transaction from its start via this site. AVOID!

	The cashback didn't track so I had to raise an enquiry ticket. I had read the reviews previously and saw that other people had had problems when using a voucher code so I thought this might have been the problem but once I'd raised the ticket, topcashback found the money quickly and it became confirmed immediately. I am still waiting for it to become payable though, but all in all I would recommend using them, as the products were very good value for money as well and I would have bought them anyway so the cashback was just a bonus.

	Don't use for cashback. I have used them twice and both times the cashback was not recognized. I have a query still outstanding for over 2 years..... I thought the first time it was a one off but apparently not..

	Tracked quickly but then amount changed to zero after about a week so very disappointed and irritated. Also had problems with order not being delivered on the next day as expected. Had to chase the order up with Wickes.

	Very quick at paying cashback, and Wickes have good prices, often cheaper than B&Q, and good products. Only problem I had was with delivery, they assured me stuff would be delivered in the pm slot and it turned up in the morning!

	Spent £300 and waited over 6 months for Wickes to turn round saying they had already paid out cash back to someone else on my purchase. Useless liars avoid Wickes.

	Goods ordered on line and just hours later phone call with delivery date/time... that being the next day. On delivery day, guys called with the time they would be with me. Polite helpful and friendly service. Cashback tracked quickly.

	Pleasantly surprised! I've never ordered from Wickes before so didn't know what to expect. Order placed 16.30 yesterday Cashback tracked within the hour I selected Free Delivery (within 7days) and it arrived this morning. Absolutely Spot On.

	Suggest you use this retailer with caution. Despite a fully documented receipt and normal process, this originally tracked, went to zero, then totally disappeared. Top Cashback tried to resolve the claim but the merchant claimed payment had been already made to another channel. What tosh ,just a poor excuse for not honouring commitments. I WILL NOT USE WICKES again for any internet shopping, bring on B&Q, Screwfix etc.

	tracked quickly, but went to £0.00 payable.......i used a discount code that was on the wickes website......seems unfair as there was no mention of the cashback beening declined on TCB if using voucher codes!

	I wanted ceramic and marble tiles - I went to the shop to look at them but them ordered on line to take advantage of the cashback. I ordered more than I need because you can take them back for a refund. Super service - ordered Tues and delivered next day for free! Couldn't be easier. I am waiting for cashback to be paid.
