Cashback declined
Every time I purchase an item from Wex, my cashback is declined. Never had a problem with any other retailer

Dishonest Merchant
Clicked through TopCashback not just when browsing, but again immediately before checking out and paying.
It failed to track.
Opened a claim with TopCashback and they said Wex replied saying another channel was credited as being the referrer for the purchase. Absolutely impossible. I clicked through seconds before paying on a significant purchase.
Don't trust Wex if they are only cheaper with the cash back, they are a dishonest merchant.

Wex Photographic are a fantastic retailer with great customer service. Having said that I have spent over £2k with them in the last few weeks and haven't received any cashback. I'm not sure if they are still part of the Top Cashback scheme

Didn't track initially. Had to file a manual claim which took a total of 2 nudges and more than a month to finally track the transaction and show the payment as 'tracked'.
It took another week (1 whole week) to show the payment as confirmed.
The payment is now showing as 'Confirmed' in my account although the pay-by date was a month back from today .... lets see when this becomes payable for me.
But so far it has worked fine for me without any major issues (except the time delay) - so i do not complain a whole lot against this merchant - just that they should be a bit more quicker in responding to missing cashback claims.

Always a pleasure doing business with Warehouse Express. Usually the prices are keen and there is no doubt the customer service is very good. It's a shame the website is not too accurate on stock levels, but Live Chat or a quick phone call will soon get you the facts. Recommended :)
Cashback has tracked OK so far. Awaiting payment.

A recommended retailer who maintains a good website with a an excellent range of products. Occasionally stock can be a problem and "live website stock levels", particularly over the weekend, can prove to be misleading. However, pricing is generally fair, communication from the company is reliable and delivery is prompt after despatch.
