Have to log a claim every month
Each month the transaction is either not tracked or tracked as zero causing me to log a claim. What a nuisance.

Tracked at 0; when filed a claim, it was refused with generic one-liner
Cashback for 1500 transfer GB->US tracked immediately at 0. I submitted the claim and the message passed on to me from Western Union was sooo generic with no real explanation: "no cashback is due for this transaction". Fullstop. Western Union don't care to explain. I cleared the cookies beforehand (which I even shouldn't have done, as the only path to Western Union was through TCB, but I did anyway for high value transaction), and didn't use any vouchers. Don't rely on their cashback. Shouldn't be on TCB site

Could give less than a star!
cashback not tracked had to open a case , it took very long and they eventually declined my cashback, was supposed to receive 30£ as mentioned on the website min transfer of 200£ to get 30£ as a first time customer. Never transferring money through WU again!!!
