The phone was dispatched as advertised, the tracking was almost instantaneous. Best thing is the 28d period to change the phone if I don't get to grips with a Touch screen phone.

I purchased a phone from Virgin sometime ago and it tracked with no problems, however for some unknown reason they reported nil cashback. I queried this with Topcashback and after a couple of months wait my query was sorted out and i was paid. Thanks to the Topcashback team.

I have had the same problem as the previous member. I purchased a contract and was expecting £30 cashback, only to have it changed to £0.00 for no reason. If anyone can throw some light on this can they post a comment.

The cashback was fine, customer service the worst I have encounted in years, as a Virgin Holiday and Virgin Media customer I expected the same level of sevice but it was shockingly bad, so poor I am considering selling the phone, taking the hit and buying myself out of the contract after a month.

Very poor customer service - received confirmation email that my order was received online. Never got my phone and had to ring up customer service. Was told that my order did not exist in the system; would I like the order to be manually put through (ie. no cashback). I wanted the phone, so I asked for the order to be put through, only to be told that my address did not exist in the system (despite being a customer for Virgin Media for years and she was able to verify that I was a Virgin Media customer). Was told that customer service will call me back to process the order, after they have fixed this in the system. No call back after two weeks. So frustrated I ended up getting the phone via T-mobile instead.

Although I was very happy with the fast delivery of my phone and my new contract is good value for money. The £30 cahsback which initially tracked straight away into my account - went to zero for no reason after about 5-6 weeks. Very disappointing as the £30 cashback was a big incentive for buying the contract from Virgin. I really expected much better from Virgin at honouring their cashback promise.

As per a previous person, was quick to track and become pending then became payable at £0.00. Raised with Top Cashback, but you get no real feedback, only a resultant zero. We will end the contract after a year and go to someone who honours there cashback promise.

First placed order 23/06/2010 and after chasing and chasing the cashback has finally become payable on 18/01/2011. Not sure whether the problem has been with Virgin mobile or Topcashback, but have had no other problems with Topcashback. Nice to finally have the cash but I will not be using Virgin mobile for cashback again!!

As with the other customer, Cashback indicated that I would receive £50 for signing up to a contract, but although it looked OK at first it then went to £0 and even after contacting Cashback I didn't get a reason why. Don't bank on getting cashback and go elsewhere if you want to be sure of a payout.

Also have the same problem as recent purchasers. The £30.00 tracked was confirmed at £30.00, then went payable at £0.00???. Now waiting for my enquiry to go though. Obviously virgin never intended to payout, DO NOT USE !!!

I bought annual travel insurance from Virgin money also join virgin broadband. None of these has been paid out!!!! Never buy from virgin again
