It is not just the speed with which they pay cashback which has come in for praise, however, with other Virgin Mobile review feedback complimenting them on their customer service and delivery. Moved over from Orange to Virgin and went through TCB to get a brilliant amount of cashback...spent £17.50 got £57! However, it did take a bit of chasing to get the cashback although I think there was a delay due to it being a contract and they need to make sure you are tied in and paying. I also had technical problems with the transfer from Orange but no more or less hassle than I have experienced before.

Cash back was great. The phone and the line rental package took a bit of sorting out (too long a story) but got there without too much trouble. Will use again.

Cashback on new phone and contract
Bought a new phone and contract in November 2022. Should have received £51 cashback. Didn't track. I went through customer care to lodge missing payment with order number. Put 'on ice' until 1st February. Got cashback immediately payable last week - March 2023. Long wait but got it, only by lodging claim though.

Lots of confusion over the amount of cashback payable. When paid, it was £1 less than advertised, but I was just glad to receive the payout. However, only 1 out of 3 claims have registered, the others are "on ice" for 75 days and the offer that I bought isn't listed in the Customer Care selection, so I'm having to wait 2 1/2 months to see (a) whether the transaction tracks and (b) if it does, whether it's for the correct amount. So lots of uncertainty over the Virgin Mobile offer.

Ordered phone for my daughter for Christmas which didn't arrived on the specified date. Called customer services who were helpful but had no record of the order. Tried ordering again via topcashback and once again, no phone arrived on specified date. Seems the ordering system has thrown a wobbler! Don't bother.
