No problems at all, but I'm not usually in a hurry to get my cashback - always save it up for Christmas so I don't keep a close eye on payment times, but they do always pay up!

few problems over the past few months with Viking. Place an order and it doesn't arrive. Customer service cancel original order and place a new one, of course meaning the transaction doesn't track via TCB. This has happened 3 or 4 times.

Rubbish. They give you the cashback then take it back without giving any reason and you cannot even dispute this!!!

cashback is often declined, usually 2-5 days for a delivery these days. Blames weather but it's blue skies all around me.
