“terms and conditions weren’t met”
After having this claim declined, I asked Topcashback to follow up and have been notified that 'the network have advised that the “terms and conditions weren’t met”'. Would love to know what these terms and conditions were that I failed to meet. I made this transaction via Topcashback in the usual way for Learner Driver insurance for my daughter. It appears that all the reviews for Veygo have had the same negative experience - not one successful cashback. Waste of time and a false pretence to direct traffic away from competitors perhaps?

Waste of time
As with every other review for Veygo, my cashback for my daughter's £143.99 learner driver cover was declined. No reason given. Waited almost 2 months for nothing. Absolute scam.

used twice for temp cover. no codes used one tracked one didn't, put in missing cash back both declined. company should not be on reward site if they are going to decline everything

Followed the terms, cashback tracked and then declined.
I was a new customer, took out a temporary police for my sister and the £12 tracked in days. Then it sat there, doing nothing, until it was declined for no obvious reason. I would suggest you don't count on Veygo paying out if I were you!
