	Declined cashback for no reason - avoid Suffered the same issue as all the rest, Veygo obviously just avoid paying any cashback by declining it as their standard procedure. Topcashback need to either escalate it to Veygo or remove them.

	DO NOT USE : DECLINED for no reason This is the second time we have used VEYGO and only because their quote worked out slightly cheaper once you have factored in the cashback. Both of my cashback claims were denied with no reason. I would avoid at all costs.

	Declined for no reason Chose Veygo over other short term insurers because of the cashback. It tracked ok and sat at 'Pending' until declined for no apparent reason. I will never choose them again and will certainly be advising friends and family to do the same. 0 stars out 5 would be my assessment

	Another disappointed customer The insurance was fine (in the expensive field of temporary cover!) but along with everyone else I'd say they need to be kicked off topcashback as they clearly have no intention of honouring their promise. Make your decision about what cover to go for without factoring in cashback.

	Good insurance but no cashback As everyone else is finding they just refuse the cashback. The temporary insurance is great but not sure they should be listed here as is misleading.

	Declined cashback Cashback tracked as expected and then they rejected it. Raised the claim with top cashback but Veygo have still rejected on the basis of the exclusions, which isn't true. Looks like they offer good cashback to get your business and then reject it with no real explanation.

	I wish I'd read the reviews! I took this insurance out as it was such a good cashback offer. Unfortunately, as the other reviews say, the cashback was declined saying that I hadn't met the terms. I had met all the terms and Veygo can't explain what terms they mean. If you want cashback, use another retailer!

	They didn't honour cashback I did everything correctly, was sure to adhere to the T&C's, etc. but still didn't get cashback. Will avoid them in future.

	Avoid if expecting cashback Although competitive on price, they declined my payment even though it met all the required terms. Should be removed from topcashback.co.uk.

	Scam If you read these reviews, believe them and don't waste your time trying to get cashback. It won't track and when you lodge a claim, they'll refuse it for generic 'you didnt meet the terms and conditions' but with no explanation. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Topcashback should remove them from their service.

	They don't pay out! Declined my payout. Said it didn't meet all the terms and conditions. It did! I was a new customer and didn't use a code. Really disappointing. Reading the other reviews, it looks like they rarely pay.

	Paid out finally Well well well. Following my earlier "complete scam" review - they paid out after I lodged a complaint. 1 star for the poor overall experience - shouldn't have to chase cashback.

	As others have said, tracked fine but then declined. No reason for declining. As others have said, you tend to take into account the cashback when comparing prices, especially with insurances. I long ago learnt to look for the best deal then any cashback is a nice bonus.
