Very slow delivery, charged postage even though I had a code offering free delivery on my first order and ordered over £60 on second order which is suppose to automatically qualify you. Its a shame because the clothes are beautiful and excellent quality.

Cashback reported very quickly shame that the company is not as forth coming with the ordered products here we are 2 weeks from the order date and still no items have arrived. Please be careful when ordering i have emailed them and they have told me that my order has been sent without one of the products i have ordered although they were in stock when placing the order.

Brought £40 worth of products from the company 3 weeks ago, offering 12.5% cashback, the amount of cashback is still showing as £0.00, don't get me wrong the speed in which I received the items was satisfactory, however the only reason I ordered from this company was because of the cashback incentive which I have not received as of yet!

Be mindful of how their returns/exchange process works. I was sent the wrong item and also wanted to exchange another for a different size, but this required them to cancel the order and create a new one (over the phone), and of course this voided the cashback.

Quality of the products really great......when they finally arrived! Order placed in mid January and only completed in early April. No contact from Vertbaudet to inform me that the products would be delayed and they have refused to pay my cashback! Extremely poor!

In my opinion Verbaudet prices are too high. I have had childrens clothes and furniture from them and all items were of poor quality and had minor faults. Maybe this is why they do so many discounts and free gifts with your purchase...to compensate.
