Took 12 months and a missing cash back claim, in the end they denied the claim saying I'd returned my order when I know I haven't.

Tracked but didnt pay out, waited 11 months still no response opened a support ticket and topcashback offered to pay out of their pockets which i rejected as I dont want the company to lose out.

My purchase didn't track so I submitted a claim. 6 months later, I have chased it up but I'm still waiting. Won't be buying again.
