Cashback never tracks
One retailer that I can safely say has never ever tracked since being launched on TopCashback. Every claim is via customer service.

Cashback Tracked but was Declined after 11 months for No Valid reason.
Spent over £6K with Turkish Airlines, both transactions tracked in topcashback.co.uk, still had a pending status 10 months later so raised a Support Ticket, was told to wait so I did only for one of the claims to be declined after 11 months (other still pending). Like others, I have found their admin in general (not just with topcashback.co.uk) to be hopeless. They hold on to the £ and hope you simply give up while saying they're doing everything they can to help. I've seen the admin systems they use, having visited one of their offices in person; they are pre-historic so I'm not surprised they may need paperwork to verify claims.

Solid airline, no cashback
Turkish are a solid option and our only choice from our current country. The cashback did not track, I waited almost 1 calendar year for an update and then they issued an incorrect amount, very poor service from them in regards to cashback.

Turkish airlines cancelled my cashbacks without showing a reason. There is no explanation.

I has to ask Topcashback to intervene after waiting ages for my payout.
After waiting a very long time, I asked Topcashback to see why I had not been paid the very modest amount of Cashback.
Turkish Airlines then required me to provide details of the two flights to/from Istanbul/London, even though this formed the basis of my original booking/claim
Whenever I have had to deal with Turkish Airlines, I have found their admin to be hopeless and not oriented towards the customer
But their global network is enormous, their flights are generally good and they are keenly priced
