Don't bother...
Just as with all the other retailers who are being advertised on this site as offering cashback when shopping through their website....well, you shop with them but then will be redirected to another website to make a payment. Then the retailer will come back advising: "we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed."
In case of TU, you register and have an account on TU, you browse and add items to your basket on their website but when you are about pay for your order, you are redirected to Argos and your order needs to be completed and paid for there, not TU. And then, ironically, TU tells you they cannot find your order....
This is the same case with NOW Brodband - you are shopping on NOW website but when you are going to pay for your purchase, you will be redirected to SKY and everything, incl. payment, order, account, etc. needs to be completed there. When you order doesn't track (you bet if won't now matter how well you follow TCB's instructions), NOW will decline cashback saying they cannot trace your order. Of course not! It started on NOW but then had to be completed on SKY!
These kind of retailer practices should not be allowed. If you shop with one, your purchase should be fully completed on their site, not to be redirected and having to pay to another!

Cashback declined because of Argos
When I click through, it goes to the Tu website. When logging in, I'm redirected to Argos. This is why cashback is always declined. Top cashback is logging a tu purchase when because tu/argos/Sainsburys are all 1 company it isn't possible.

I am very disappointed with this retailer, every single transaction was declined, and it seems I was not the only customer treated in this manner. I won't be buying from them anymore, plenty of other shops to choose from.

Quick to offer cashback
Tracks very well. Stays in pending for a while. If you return one item from several you have ordered then your cash back for everything is declined which is rather unfair. Otherwise the cashback is given.

Placed a straight forward order, no codes used, collected in store. No reason for it to be declined but looks like they do it a lot according to the reviews. Shopped on a bonus day so they’ve stopped me getting that too.

Awful...Tu never ever tracks and I never get any money from them even though I have clicked through to Tu so many times from Top Cash Back. So disappointing. It has put me off using them.
