I was happy with the cashback from Travelodge and with the rooms.
I was less than happy as I left my phone in my room when I checked out and only realised I had forgotten to pick it up off the bed when I arrived home.
The cleaners were waiting to clean the room, when I checked out.
I phoned the hotel straight away, and even though I was promised call backs after 2 days of constantly calling them was told the cleaner had not found my phone!!!!!!
