Accurate and Fast payout
Online purchase tracked straight away and was paid within a month.
Website is a bit fiddly and sometimes the number of passengers, or the date/time of travel resets itself, but as long as you keep an eye out for this, it's a great place to buy train tickets!

Accurate Tracking & Rapid 'Payable' time
Always tracks when using website, and payable within days of travel. Typically better prices than other sites as well!

Doesn't track but pays out
Used a few times it never tracks but after submitting a ticket they payout, shouldn't have to submit a claim each time

Excels in offering poor customer service
Beware, the advertised cashback and deals on TopCashback are not always honoured.
Currently there's a "£3 gift" being offered for railcard purchases. This doesn't exist.
TopCashback deny any knowledge, deflecting to TrainPal, which is unable to offer any customer service.
TrainPal does offer some cheap tickets, but when things go wrong (e.g. your train is cancelled), the company cannot manage these issues satisfactorily.
