	Rubbish, cashback never tracks I use the company often for booking trains. It just never ever tracks for cashback. Complete waste of time.

	I was warned I clearly should have received £20 cashback as a new customer of trainpal buying a full price three year railcard for £80. I received £8. I wouldn't have purchased it at that price as other companies had higher cashback. Still appealing it with topcash back but omg Trainpal are not a straight company. I will not be buying any train tickets via the compulsory app.

	TopCashback is a win win. I found, and started, using TrainPal because of TopCashback rewards. I then realised TrainPal often has the best prices, so I am wining money wise twice! TrainPal is an easy app to use and cashback tracked with no issues.

	Booking fee has been added I used to use TrainPal all the time, but now there is a booking fee unless you use their app. However, you don't get cashback using the app. The booking fee is larger than the cashback, so it is no longer worth using on TCB.

	TrainPal is my new best friend As a new TP user, I had no idea if CB would track or not - but it did, in a reasonably short period of time, twice. A Senior and frequent 'short-trip traveller' with a Disabled Persons Railcard, I'm finding TP's discounts, offers and CB help mount up the pounds & pennies saved. Customer Service was excellent too, when I needed to query a refund. I'm happy to recommend TP on the basis of my experience so far

	Now with booking fees for desktop Trainpal WAS great, tracked correctly, no issues, cheapest fares etc. It has just introduced a booking fee if you use anything other than its app. The problem with this is you don't get cashback from the app. Now having to flip between different companies to get the best deal and cashback. If Trainpal has no booking fee, I'd give it five stars. Booking fee = no stars.

	Not tracked Missing cashback claim now submitted - but have to wait 90 days for Trainpal! I was a new customer and not impressed by this lack of tracking and verification.

	Tracks quickly every time Ticket purchases track quickly every time, and the cash is paid after a month or so. Very happy.

	Cashback Never Appears. Great app, money saving if you regularly use trains, however this merchant never appears and you have to dispute with TC. I will continue to use as when they do submit the claim successfully its worth the wait.

	Quick and reliable Always tracks my purchases and cashback is recorded in my account usually the same day. Amount is made payable quite quickly and never had a problem so far with trainpal. Also did my railcrad easy too as I have the app so got cashback for that too!!

	Tickets & Cashback (maybe!) Absolutely no problem with tickets, but out of 5+ purchases only two automatically tracked/paid.... Hopefully the 'missing cashback' claims will come good.
