Excels in offering poor customer service
Beware, the advertised cashback and deals on TopCashback are not always honoured.
Currently there's a "£3 gift" being offered for railcard purchases. This doesn't exist.
TopCashback deny any knowledge, deflecting to TrainPal, which is unable to offer any customer service.
TrainPal does offer some cheap tickets, but when things go wrong (e.g. your train is cancelled), the company cannot manage these issues satisfactorily.
