	4 months+ and still waiting. Purchase of train tickets didnt track, even though Topcashback registered that I'd gone through their website to make the purchase. Over 4 months have passed, no cashback.

	Quick payout I use this regularly for small trips and find that tracking is good, compared to some other merchants and my payouts are usually within a week, if not quicker.

	Dissatisfied with their cashback service I changed from trainline to trainpal because they had better cashback but it has been the slowest retailer I've dealt with on this application. Applied for a claim for my railcard that I got in November and still hasn't received my cashback yet.

	Easy and efficient I’ve been using TrainPal to purchase my train tickets for work, and I’ve never had an issue with a missing claim. They are usually fairly quick to pay out as well within a few weeks or so. As someone else has said before in their review, it’s only a few pence here and there but if you travel regularly, it does add up and it is worth it.

	Quick to payout! Yes it's only a couple of pence here and there, but they pay out quick so it accumulates if you do a lot of journeys.

	Fast tracking and payout Trainpal tracks fast bad pays out fast too. However, their website does not work well on Chrome so have to use MS Edge to get the website to work.

	Split service fee ? I'm not absolutely clear what a split service fee is but I am not prepared to pay it and will purchase my tickets elsewhere - cashback or not.

	They don't pay advertised cashback They don't pay the advertised cashback of 2.55% for tickets without voucher. Tickets otherwise are fine and there are no extra fees.

	Unpaid cashback Cashback failed to track so raised a claim which was then refused despite clicking through the link on this site. Will avoid using in the future

	Unwanted cookies. Happy to stand corrected, but there seems to be no opt out for snooping cookies. Hence purchased tickets elsewhere.

	A positive experience Generally, there are no problems with tracking cashback from this retailer. You don't get a huge amount back but it's a purchase that I have to make regularly so it's nice to get a little something back each time.

	Always pays out cashback I've spent over £600 through Trainpal and every single one has paid out the cashback. Not sure why others have problems. Never had to raise a ticket. Glad it's on TCB as it's cheaper with the split tickets than buying through the network operator.
