Disgusting company!
Today just flat out Declined 4 cashbacks that I have proof were confirmed and 2 tcb bonuses for no reason. All the same seller and 1 over a year old. The latest being less than a month. Really dodgy and shady company. Should not be allowed to operate. Their treats event is 100% predetermined before and and completely rigged. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

A joke - It seems that they can pick and choose who they pay. Booked holiday through TUI - Due £88 cashback and it was declined or no reason 5 months after the purchase. Most of the other purchasers which I did through this site also declined and no reply from Top cashback when you complain and they certainly don't fight your case with the retailer - avoid.

Most of the time this is a great cashback agent and ive used them for loads of purchases. However more and more im having to log missing cashback claims and this seems to especially be on big purchases. Ive just had a £400 claim from go compare rejected and they claim this is due to a systems setting my end preventing this from tracking however they had a record of the purchase in their drop down menu system so this seems like an excuse. Its only ever big purchases that get rejected. Seems like an increasingly scammy system and I'll be looking elsewhere.

A good site to get some cashback when you purchase online, however I have purchased about 6 times in the last 6 months, 1 time I got given the incorrect cashback and another time no cashback at all, then you send a message to them to look into it, they do try to help but obviously get told sorry we can't pay out.

Still waiting for cashback on policy started September,cashback was declined all rules for cashback where followed. Great until there is a problem then its just annoying waiting 6 months and still no cashback.

Very few things actually track. Customer service is polite but that is the only positive thing I can think of. They don't seem able to help at all with any enquiries and nudges prove useless. Pretty frustrating really.

Its a good way to get cash back. Until recently I was getting all my cash back. I bought expensive items from Wayfair in june 2021 and am still waiting for cash back. The lasts few times I have used topcashback- It doesnt record my purchase, I have to then lodge a claim and GOK how long it will take!

I had bought a flight ticket from Budget Air via Topcashback, but unfornately I had got a notice after 85 days, my cashback is declined by Budget Air. And I could not able to claim my missed cashback from this supplier. If no cashback at all I would not purchased from this company

I cannot be bothered with cashback, they are horrible company to deal with. Three times my cashback was declined. Each time, I followed the process, received email to say that cashback of 30 pounds. Each time they fob off and give me excuse. I dont trust them anymore.

I can't believe just how good this site is! I was quoted just £155 for my annual car insurance, with a £40 cashback to be deducted. Today, four weeks later, it's payable. So I have bought fully comprehensive, protected NCD car insurance for £115. This site is just brilliant!

The system does not track correctly so lose money on cash back seems to give you the few pence back hear and there but does not really track the bigger transactions then left for yourself to enter receipts details to get rewards would be better looking for discount codes for suppliers online

No issues with small purchases. Large purchases are a different story. Don't make purchases based on the expected cashback shown, count it as a bonus if it actually works. Expect the worst, hope for the best.

I had made a purchase Nov 2020 and still awaiting the legitimate refund of my claim. Inspite of multiple follow ups, all i am told by online team is to be patient. If all records are available and lead time has crossed why is there so much delay I cannot understand. This is 1st time i have used the site so it has been very disappointing experience.
