Waited OVER A YEAR for cashback! and this is not the first time! Despite pursuing my due payment, I am simply told "Unfortunately, we have not received the cashback from the affiliate network that works alongside the merchant".

First I purchase from the John Lewis where it doesn't say clearly that they only give cash back to people who has the special membership. So I didn't get my money back. second time I have bought the another shop and 2,5 month pending. It is the first company with who I had the problems.

Been waiting a really long time for MY savings to clear. Too long. Customer service told me funds would be cleared half way through December. Still not cleared but somewhere near 50% of my original saving has gone walk abouts into somebody else’s bank account. Would not recommend

There merchants I use only give 1% cashback, so I don't get a lot. I bought an item from Currys pc world, and should have got 10% cashback (if I remember correctly), and actually got just over £1 on a £250 item! I alsopaid for my motor insurance via topcashback, supposedly getting up to £40 cashback. I actuslly didnt receive any!ny

I Love Topcashback, easy to use, great merchants and the bonus payments are generous. I love the reward wallet and have used it for Primark, Amazon and B&Q with no problems and you can keep what you dont spend on the voucher for any future shop. I fi d that any problems are resolved really quickly and the team work really hard to clear issues quickly and efficiently.

I can’t believe this !!!! Saw an ad that said if I joined as a member I had an exclusive deal of if I spent atleast £15 at Pizza Hut I would receive 100% cash back. I spent £24.99 and my claim tracked. Waited months and then checked again and it had been cancelled !!!! I only spend £25 because of this offer it’s a joke

Top Cashback is a great idea in principle however when it goes wrong don’t expect to ever get it resolved. I have three separate claims at present, one over six months old with three for £40. The purchase tracked however has not been paid. Top Cashback’s customer service is next to useless, hardly ever responding to messages and when they do they are just standard automated replies that don’t answer questions raised. This has to be the worst faceless customer service I have ever come across, don’t expect to ever get anything resolved!

Terrible service. Funny how the claim is always declined for an amount bigger than £2.00. When I lodged a complaint my claim was never successful and no one gives you an explanation.

the customer service is all tick boxes, no help at all, you are se nt to missing cashback claims, still no help all my cashback from 25 october 19 to 8 january are still all pending, you can get no help from no-one no phone number to call no email address, just pleased that I am using the free one, will wait 2 weeks then I will close my account, will not be recommending anyone to this service, very disappointed

11 weeks ago I jumped on an offer to change my energy company. The offer was to take fuel fuel and boiler insurance and get £200 cashback. Estimated payable town was 8 weeks. I contacted topcashback and they told me it could take a little longer which was fine. Today marks 11 weeks since I used this offer only to log into my account to see that SSE had declined my cashback so now I have nothing. They do this as a way to sign you up it’s false advertising. Do not sign up to SSE. All other retailers used on topcashback have paid out this is the only one that hasn’t

I have been with Topcashback for a number of years and in the majority of cases a pleased customer just lateley i seem to have issues where I have purchased items and then following months wait am simply informed the item was not eligible for cashback months later how can you dispute this very annoying.

If I could say zero I would. Went through topcashback for a purchase from wayfair. Didn’t receive any cashback notification within a week so opened a claim. My purchase was on my account yet when queried they won’t accept my order number and are requesting another number which doesn’t exist. Will think twice before using this service again.
