Despite receiving an email to say that my switch was going ahead , the energy company I selected received no information and I hung on for a month to find that nothing had taken place. Badly done and wont use this service againn

Terrible!!,expected payout 17 weeks,then after waiting 17 weeks it updated to 21 weeks wait,it is now 26 weeks and still waiting,will not use TOPCASHBACK COMPARE again!!
