	Took too long to process. Took SO Energy last Sept via topcashback with a £44 offer of cashback. Its taken to mid june for them to payout which is not good. Need to action completed transfer of utilities payout far quicker than this, and took several messages to finally get paid out with one claim for missing cash being closed when not resolved. Need to improve.

	Wont use again as havent paid out. I completed an on line comparison and completed a dual fuel move to So Energy. My dashboard shows £44 pending payment within 11 weeks from 8 Sept 2023. Its still pending even after I have raised a missing cashback claim which I have emails acknowledging my claim, but they have closed the ticket with the money still pending and not paid out. Wont use this service again.

	Absolute con Been waiting six months for this Cashback, how TopCashback can put their name to this (they are not waiting this long for their cut) and not care about their members. When my current deal finishes and I’m looking for the next one, I won’t be using this again.

	Four months and still no payment. Tracked fairly quickly, but four months later still no payment. Just how long does it take, be upfront from the beginning.

	Seem long for their own product. Really long time to confirm and 5 months later no actual date for when it's going to be paid out.

	Only one supplier! Having just looked on uswitch I thought I'd see if topcashback energy could do better (and get more cash back.) Not worth the time filling in the details as only one (the special linked supplier) given (same company as uswitch so obviously "So energy" are paying them to promote). Nothing at all listed under switch through supplier at all whereas all the main suppliers came up on uswitch.

	No cashback since May 21. Claim raised and chased regularly but every response says please allow 1-3 months for investigations to complete. It’s been 11 months!
