The service and tracking works fine, TopCashback were friendly and responsive. The actual retailer we chose (Outfox Energy) were incredibly poor, not responsive and downright dishonest

Fairly quick payment
Signed up to retailer thtough TopCashback and it tracked initally at a lower rate but then at the cortrect rate. Payment within 3 months of signing up, not bad.

The experience is awful and very slow
This cashback took 3 whole months to be received and no to limited confirmation that it will actually come. Also I see that the comparison website was not very true in terms of how much I will be charged with the energy company. Previously I had a higher fixed tariff but lower kWh tariff and it was much cheaper but the algorithm fail to grasp it. Now I am stuck with a contract that is no better from my previous one. Thank you for that.

I have had enough of TopCashback Compare.................
I have been waiting since the 17 December 2024 for a £44 cashback for switching to British Gas. Today they state you have £22 and we are taking £5 of that. I cannot raise a complaint because their system states it is more than 100 days since the purchase. The £44 was shown as outstanding on my account until yesterday. This is yet another issue. Everytime you have a payout you do not get it until yopu chase them or raise a complaint. I would not have switched supplier for £22. Shocking service as usual.
